Q2. When a package arrives from the store to my
address in America, do you make sure that all the
merchandise have arrived and is ok?
A. Definitely yes, one of the advantages of sending
via USADDRESS is that as soon as the package is
received at our logistic center in America, we
verify that it’s content matches the receipt
to make sure that you have been supplied with what
you have bought and that the item is in working
condition. Therefore, if any problem arises you
can take care of it while your package is still

send me a package; can I use my USADDRESS to receive
the package?
A. Sure, gladly ask your friend to either bring
the parcel personally or send it in the mail to
your USADDRESS and we will make sure to deliver
it to you as soon as possible.
Q4. When I buy in America and asked to provide
a phone number, what number should I use?
A. Our company is international and our logistic
center is in the US, therefore, the phone number
you should fill in is our number in the US 9917-546-973.
Q5. I have always dreamed of buying a living room
set or outdoor furniture and have always been informed
that the shops don’t ship to countries outside
the US. Do you send large and heavy things?
A. One of the greatest advantages of USADDRESS
is shipping by sea. Shipping by sea is especially
suited for shipping heavy or/and large objects.
This is the most cost effective ways to ship furniture,
large electric appliances, auto parts and more.
It is not worthwhile to ship large items via air;
therefore USADDRESS is the only company that can
ship those items for you from America to Israel.
Q6. I want to send my package by sea, how do I
do that?
A. Before you confirm the payment for shipping
the package you may choose the type of shipping – via
air or sea. The price for shipping will be determined
by your choice and will be presented to you. You
may change your choice as long as no payment has
been made.
Q7. I don’t have an international credit
card, how could I still shop in America?
A. USADDRESS will soon launch 2 new services
We pay for you – contact us and we will pay
for your purchase in America using our international
credit card and will charge your credit card.
We buy for you – USADDRESS team in America
and in Israel will find a product for you, get
your approval and make the purchase for you.
Q8. I have just finished my shopping and have
been asked to provide two addresses, one for the
delivery and one for sending the receipt, which
address should I use?
A. If a receipt is not enclosed to the package,
it may cause delay for receiving the product, in
order to prevent this delay, you have to make sure
to write the same address in both fields, both
as address for delivery and address for sending
the receipt. In most cases you will not be asked
to fill in all the details twice, you will just
need to note that the address for sending the receipt
is the same as the address for delivery.
