A professional and skilful team will receive the shipment, identify it according to the attached order details, make sure that the product is in working condition and not damaged and will prepare it for hitting the road.

You will receive an e-mail to inform you that your package details are already in the system and that you need to log into out website’s tracking system in order to pay the custom clearance fees and shipping costs. You need to specify which way you choose to ship your package- ocean or air. The staff will take care of the proper packing and prepare the documents needed.
