parcels and US mail.
USADDRESS.com
Inc. will provide parcel / mail receiving and forwarding
services.
Such services may include receiving, sorting, repackaging, storage
and
forwarding to your foreign country and physical address.
Billing
As a
subscriber to USADDRESS.com service, you
agree that we are
permitted to
charge your credit card for above parcel receiving / forwarding
services.
Charge will be processed through the financial platform of PayPal.
Taxes,
Customs Duties, Import V.A.T.
USADDRESS.com
Inc. will not be liable for any taxes, customs duties,
Import V.A.T.
and / or any other fees levied upon your shipment by your local government,
customs agency or taxing authority. Payment of any such fees will be your sole
responsibility.
Calculation
of Shipping Charges
Shipping
charges are based on actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater.
Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying length, width and height of
parcel in centimeters, then dividing by 6000. For example, if the actual weight
of a parcel is 3 kg. and the dimensions are 40cm x 30cm x 30cm, the dimensional
weight of 6 kg. would be used to calculate shipping charges (40 x 30 x 30 / 6000).
Dimensional weight is usually applied on bulky, lightweight packages.
Insurance
Protection
You may
purchase additional insurance protection on your merchandise. Insurance
premiums are based on a rate of $2.50 per $100.00 of
insured value
with a minimum premium of $5.00 per parcel. USADDRESS.com Inc. will not be
liable for uninsured or underinsured parcels.
Limitations
on Liability
In no event
shall USADDRESS.com Inc., its shareholders, directors,
officers or
employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for any special,
incidental,
indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages
whatsoever
resulting from loss of use, whether or not advised of the possibility of
damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with
the use or performance of this service. If any applicable authority holds any
portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to
the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.
